Kurayoshi Line, which connected between JR Kurayoshi Station and Yamamori Station, was abandoned in 1985.
There is a popular spot called "the most beautiful abandoned railway tracks in Japan" where bamboo grows between two rails, and it is worth visiting at least once even if you do not visit the entire spots.
There are two areas where the rails still remain, and they are maintained as trekking courses so you can go inside the rails.
